Do You Experience the Following Symptoms?
An intense fear or discomfort that develops abruptly and reaches a peak within 10 minutes?
Is this feeling coupled with shortness of breath, sweating, an accelerated heart rate, shaking or trembling?
Anxiety and Panic Disorder can make one feel as if they have lost control of themselves and are going to die.
Anxiety is the experience of chronic worry. It is manifested in the body as uncontrollable fear that feels entrapping, painful and is extremely debilitating.
There are numerous ways I work with people suffering with this disorder. Together we begin by looking at the history of your anxiety. We identify life stressors; people, places and things that trigger this strong emotion. When it began and what life was like before it.
Together we work with guided imagery; breath; relaxation exercises; spirituality; desensitization and voice dialogue (talking to our fear, thus releasing it’s power).

Some people experience such high levels of anxiety that they become prisoners of their minds and captives within their own homes.
Agoraphobics loose the ability to function in the outside world. The “unknown” is so terrifying and disabling, and the discomfort so overwhelming that “home” is the only safe place to exist. This condition is chronic and without professional help, grows.
I make house calls.
We can arrange for sessions from one to three hours. From once a week, to several times a week as needed. Phone sessions, as well as email and skype are available to you. You don’t have to suffer alone.
I have had great success over my 15 years of psychotherapy practice working with people just like you.
I believe that we fight the fight-for-life where it lives.
