We are a strictly confidential group discussing our multi-roles; transformation into and out of relationship; bereavement of family members, friends and pets. We
Discuss body dysmorphia, eating disorders, menopause
And how the media likes to portray women.

First and foremost we create a safe space to be your relaxed self even though for most of us meeting a new group of people and then asking to be vulnerable is an impossibility.
So be who you are and honor what you feel. What you do in the group you will do in the outside world.

Group work is fascinating, as one begins to identify family members personalities in the group. It is in this phase one can respond as they usually do, or work out with that group member things that you could never have done with that original person.Group is empowering. Group gives you courage to aim high.

Valuable relationships get created.
Learning to trust becomes a true possibility.
And at the same time, your impute helps others’ reach their goals and full potential.

The commitment is 8 weeks and then we re-evaluate. The cost is $40 and I do bill insurance – sliding fee scale is available.
